The European Society for Quantum Solar Energy Conversion announces the winner of the
2008 RESEARCH AWARD FOR YOUNG EUROPEAN SCIENTISTS

For the best PhD thesis in the field of quantum solar energy conversion, i.e. the conversion of (visible) light into electrical or chemical energy (e.g. solid state devices based on photovoltaics, photoelectrochemistry or photochemical systems such as artificial photosynthesis) the 2008 prize is be awarded to:
